Email follow‑ups keep conversations alive, especially in sales and customer support. With TikTask you can build multi‑step email sequences that run on your device and respect privacy.

Goal

Create a sequence of follow‑up emails: choose Send Email, compose your messages, add recipients and schedule each follow‑up.

Steps

Select Send Email

Tap Create and choose **Send Email**. TikTask uses Gmail on your device to send emails.

Compose your first email

Write a clear subject and body. Attach files if needed. Use variables to personalise the email for each recipient.

Add recipients

Enter email addresses manually, select from your contacts, or import from CSV/XLSX. You can also use a recipient list.

Schedule the first send

Choose when the first email goes out.

Create follow‑up emails

Tap Add Action and select Send Email again. Compose the follow‑up email, schedule it for a later date, and repeat as needed.

Save your sequence

Once all emails and schedules are configured, save the task. TikTask will send each email at the specified times.

Tips

Keep follow‑ups short and polite—remind recipients of your previous message and provide a clear call to action.
Space follow‑ups several days apart to avoid spamming.
Track open rates and responses to improve your templates.
Use different subject lines for each email to draw attention.

Can I track opens or clicks? +

TikTask does not provide email tracking. Use a third‑party service or your CRM to track open rates and click‑throughs.

Do follow‑ups send even if someone replies? +

Currently TikTask will send scheduled follow‑ups regardless of replies. You can cancel future emails manually if a conversation is resolved.

Is Gmail required? +

Yes. TikTask uses the Gmail app on your device. Ensure you’re logged in and have notifications enabled.
