How to create a recipient list

  1. Open TikTask → Recipient lists
  2. Tap Create list
  3. Name it (keep it simple)
  4. Add recipients (chats, groups, phone numbers, or a mix)

How to use a recipient list in a schedule

  1. Create a new TikTask schedule
  2. Choose the channel (WhatsApp / Telegram / etc.)
  3. Select a recipient list
  4. Write your message
  5. Set the time and repeat rule

Best practices

  • Keep list names goal-based (Leads, Clients, Family)
  • Split big lists into smaller lists if needed
  • Reuse lists across channels when it makes sense
