Recipient lists help you avoid repeating the same work. Create a list once, then reuse it in any schedule.
Examples: “VIP Customers”, “Leads”, “Family group”, “Monday promo list”.
How to create a recipient list
- Open TikTask → Recipient lists
- Tap Create list
- Name it (keep it simple)
- Add recipients (chats, groups, phone numbers, or a mix)
How to use a recipient list in a schedule
- Create a new TikTask schedule
- Choose the channel (WhatsApp / Telegram / etc.)
- Select a recipient list
- Write your message
- Set the time and repeat rule
Best practices
- Keep list names goal-based (Leads, Clients, Family)
- Split big lists into smaller lists if needed
- Reuse lists across channels when it makes sense
