🧠 Text buckets and smart variables: personalize messages faster

If you send similar messages often (follow-ups, reminders, promos), text buckets save you time.

A text bucket is a saved message you can reuse. Smart variables let you auto-fill parts like a name or time (when available).

Example

“Hey @name, just a reminder about @appointment_time.”

How to create a text bucket

1. Open TikTask → Text buckets
2. Tap Create
3. Paste your message template
4. Add variables if needed
5. Save

How to use it in a schedule

• When creating a schedule, choose a text bucket
• TikTask inserts the message automatically
• Edit the final text if you want, then schedule it

Best practices

• Keep buckets short and clear
• Start with 5–10 buckets, then expand later
• Name them by purpose (Follow-up 1, Reminder, Promo Friday)
