Create your first TikTask in 30 seconds

A quick first win: pick a channel, choose recipients, write a message, set a time, and save.

setup beginner scheduling

If you can schedule an alarm, you can use TikTask.

A TikTask is simple: you write what you want to send, choose who gets it, pick a time, and TikTask handles it on your phone.

ℹ️
Before you start
TikTask runs tasks on your device. Android may ask you to enable a couple of permissions later. That’s normal, and we’ll keep it simple.

Step-by-step

1
Tap Create
Open TikTask and tap Create (or the plus button). This is where every new schedule starts.

What should happen at runtime

Because TikTask runs on your phone, Android might ask you to enable permissions so it can run on time. This is normal.

  • Enable Accessibility (required)
  • Allow Notifications or Overlays (for alerts)
  • Turn off Battery optimization (so Android doesn’t stop TikTask)
  • Enable Accessibility (required)
  • Disable battery optimizations for TikTask (important)
  • Enable auto-start / background activity if your phone has it (important)
  • Enable notifications and overlays for alerts (recommended)

Tip
If you use Xiaomi, Infinix, or Tecno, reliability settings matter more. Check the brand guide if tasks run late.
