TikTask allows you to chain multiple actions into one task. This is ideal for cross‑channel campaigns, like sending a WhatsApp message, then posting an Instagram story, and finally sending an email—all at once or in sequence.

Create a task with multiple actions across different channels. Define the order, add content and schedule the entire workflow.
Steps

Start with an initial action
Tap Create and pick the first action (e.g., Send Message). Configure the channel and content.

Add another action
Tap **Add Action**. Choose another action (e.g., Post Status/Story, Add Comment or Send Email). Set the channel and content for this action.

Repeat for all actions
Continue adding actions until your workflow is complete. You can chain as many actions as needed across WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Gmail and more.

Order and timing
Specify whether actions should run sequentially (one after the other) or in parallel (at the same time). For sequential tasks, set delays between actions if desired.

Set schedule and save
Pick a start date/time and optional recurrence. Saving the task will schedule all actions according to the defined order.
