1) Acceptance of Terms
These Terms govern your use of TikTask (the “App”). By accessing or using the App, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2) Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your region). By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and have legal authority to accept these Terms.
3) Account & Security
- You may sign in with email or social providers. Keep credentials confidential and secure your device.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Notify us promptly of unauthorized access via support@tiktaskapp.com.
4) Data Ownership & Storage
Your task content (messages, buckets, variables, labels, schedules) is stored on your device. By default, it is not uploaded to our servers. Optional Google Drive backup stores a copy in your Drive; you may disable and delete those backups at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5) Automations & Third-Party Platforms
The App provides tools that automate actions you configure across third-party platforms (e.g., messaging, social). You are solely responsible for:
- Complying with each platform’s terms, policies, and usage limits;
- Obtaining necessary consents/authorizations before messaging, following, liking, commenting, or posting;
- Choosing schedules/frequencies that respect anti-spam policies and human-like usage.
Compatibility with third-party platforms is not guaranteed. Platforms may change UIs or enforcement at any time. We are not liable for account restrictions, bans, or removed content arising from your use or platform changes.
6) Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds
- Paid features are offered via Google Play (subscriptions, one-time purchases).
- Billing and refunds are handled under Google Play’s policies. We do not issue direct refunds.
- Taxes may apply. Prices may vary by region and can change prospectively.
- Entitlements unlock while your subscription is active; on lapse/cancellation, premium features cease.
7) Permissions & Reliability
Some features require Android permissions (Accessibility, Overlay, Notification access, exact alarms, battery optimizations exemptions, AutoStart). We request only what’s needed for features you enable. Permissions are exercised while executing your configured tasks or using a related feature. OEM background limits may affect runs; the in-app System Monitor provides guidance.
8) Ads & Consent
The App may display ads (e.g., AdMob). Where required, we request your consent for personalized ads and provide non-personalized options. You can modify consent (where supported) or upgrade to remove ads entirely.
9) Acceptable Use
- No unlawful, harmful, or deceptive activities.
- No harassment, spam, or privacy violations.
- No reverse engineering, scraping, or unauthorized access.
- Do not circumvent rate limits, security, or platform restrictions.
10) Intellectual Property
The App, its design, code, and branding are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the App on your device. You may not resell, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
11) User Content & License
You retain ownership of your content. Solely to operate the App on your device(s), you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your content locally as necessary to render the features you enable. We do not host your task content on our servers by default.
12) Termination
- You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account in-app (preferred) or via our account deletion page.
- We may suspend or terminate access for violations, suspected fraud/abuse, or legal reasons.
13) Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION, OR COMPATIBILITY WITH ALL DEVICES, OS VERSIONS, OR THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS.
14) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID (IF ANY) FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
15) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.
16) Changes to the App or Terms
We may modify features or these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app or on our site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the App.
17) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts of Delaware. You and we waive the right to a jury trial to the extent permitted by law.
18) Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, outages, strikes, acts of government, or platform policy changes).
19) Notices
We may provide notices via in-app messages, email, or on our website. You can contact us at support@tiktaskapp.com.
20) Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App and supersede prior or contemporaneous agreements.
